i agree with fernando. this woman is clearly close to death. eating disorders are often fueled by our cultural norms and unrealistic media pressures, but it's a real disorder deeply rooted in the lives of each individual suffering from it. it's not a joke and it's not a weapon against the problems with our society's warped perceptions about weight, screwed up as they may also be.
