i agree, tale, its dangerous, but extremely unlikely to be paralyzed from it. certainly not from hitting a vein. it would be impossible to not hit a vein when doing this, since the close surface of the skin is congested with veins, hence the blood. the real danger is infection. highly likely & very disfiguring. it is pretty tho! but dont do it!!

so many of you are quick to call her stupid or dumb *now i will agree its not the greatest idea but she isnt and idiot. she chose to do somthing painfull and disfiguring that had the desired result she was looking for. its the same as getting a tattoo just not as infection free. so yes there is a risk but she clearly was smart enough to keep it clean till it heald.

well, if the guy is legit then that isn't a screwdriver she is holding but most likely just orange juice to keep her hydrated from the loss of blood. she doesn't have to have it redone like you would a tattoo and many cultures have ritual scarring ceremonies, this is just a little more of a creative.

usually with this kind of 'body art" the person has to peel off the scabs they grow to make sure it scars real well, i bet she had to do the same thing. i know with little scarification designs, most people take a tooth brush and scrub the design daily. they say it is the most painful thing, but they all say it is worth it.
