Petty Theft. A crime is a crime. They should go to jail (along with their parents) since they all ready have criminal records. Where is the justice for this little girl? Since her older sister is in the same class maybe justice can be served after all.

Do the time and learn . Sheesh, welcome to the REAL WORLD. Money may be money BUT you EARN it NOT steal it. If you do the crime - you'll spend the time repaying for it in a place you wouldn't want to visit in your worst nightmares.
